In the rock picture, the sky is made of blue green quartz. The blue mountain is sodalite; the rock has light blue streaks in it which gives the appearance of snow. The white rocks in the foreground are slices of white agate which creates the luminous snow and ice.

The wood frame is handmade with a mat of Marble wood.
